My father is in New Caledonia right now working as a welder for a new opened company there .I want to know if I have the chance to go to Canada provided he is my father.What are my chances ,please help me i just want to go there to continue working ,from now I'm here in Taiwan working as factory worker before my 3 yr. contract ends this coming Oct. hoping i can exit here in Taiwan to Canada.Pls.get me to the right track.thanks...
