I am planning to apply super visa for my mom, I saw online application form, she needs to provide itinerary travel, proof of income, proof of financial support, education and employment form, and employment reference letter. My mom is retiring soon, can I upload all of my information instead, and do I have to show my bank statement? Please advice.
Thank you so much for all your guidance. You have been a great support.
I applied for Super visa for my Mom from here in Canada. She got request for medicals and she got her medicals done day before yesterday in Hyderabad, India.
The doctor said he will send the report directly to immigration and have her a copy of passport certified by him and also a form signed by him (Its the same form that was send during medicals request IMM1017). They said that my mom should send these two documents (certified copy of passport and that form) to Visa office.
So where should we send these documents now? VFS people in Hyderabad (India) didnt accept and said you need to send them the same way as you applied.
I can't help you much since I did not apply online. But VAC/VFS should have helped in your regard. Better you call CIC and ask their opinion. I'm guessing when you apply online, it's transmitted to the CIC Visa Office near to applicant's location. In your mom's case, it can be either New Delhi or Chandigarh. Once you find out which visa office is dealing with your case, your mom can send the docs to them.
The other idea would be to scan the docs and upload them to your CIC account (if it's possible).
Before doing anything, I would ask you to seek help from CIC.
