Help with NOC Code for IT Engineer

Has anyone applied PR with "IT Engineer" as occupation which includes duties such as server operations/installation/design/maintenance, engineering support, research on users requirements/queries/problem and finding solutions ...

I am confused with NOC code .. which once I should use, NOC 2147 (2147 Computer engineers except software engineers and designers) or 2173 (Software engineers and designers) or something else

Over the course of my employment, I was involved in the area of Network file and Print service Management, Corporate Mobile Device Management, Document Management Systems Administration, Server Based Computing and System Backup. Mymain duties involved, are not limited to,

1. Contacting and/or consulting customers and end-users to collect their feedbacks and responses and to document them,

2. Conducting independent research to analyses the customers’ and/or end users’ requirements/queires and to identify the problems, if there were any,

3. Designing, developing and testing required solutions for customers

4. Supervising first level engineering team to implement the designed solution and services

5. Continuous monitoring and maintenance of large-scale servers related to the aforementioned service area

6. Providing a second level engineering support to customers

7. Project preparation and implementation

8. Preparing solution manual, knowledge transfer and mentorship for the first level engineering support
