Hello All,

My wife needs to fill the IMM5562E - Supplementary Travel Information form. Now here's the thing she's an Indian National born in Mumbai and she shifted to KUWAIT for work 9 years ago till last month when she came back to India for good.
So my question is in the trips section what all trips do we need to mention ?
All 1 month vacations she took every year in past 9 years to India from Kuwait ?
Or the other way around, meaning we need to mention her trips to Kuwait from India for Work Purpose ?
