I have a question about schedule 1, I am almost done with my application.
Do I have to account for every month that is college vaccation or travelling to India for month or two.
Do I break up employment period with same employer into sub categories with change in title.
I had checked the sample IMM 008 schedule 1 at canada gov, site, it was pretty generic .
example
2007-02 2009 -05 research company xxx
2000-07 2007 - 02 research company yyy

You can count it as vacation. It is fairly well understood and shouldn't be a problem. If you can mention where you were it would be helpful, ex: "Vacation in London" or something to that effect.

Thx fr yr reply.
it leads to a question.
The form says I have to account for all the periods. So I guess I have to mention college vaccation.
Example:
1998 july ----- 2000 may Msc
1995 July --------1998 may BSc
this leaves a gap of 2 months.
Your personal experience will help
When I did mine, I accounted for every month. I would have wrote:
1998 july ----- 2000 may Msc
1998 june -------- vacation
1995 July --------1998 may BSc
They'd probably let it slide if you are missing a couple of months here and there but since they ask for every period, you can't go wrong with listing too much, even if they don't need it.
