Help with Form IMM5710 - Change Conditions in Work permit.

Hi,

I am sponsoring my wife (inland). She currently has a 1 year work permit. We will apply to an open work permit along with the PR application and we have a couple questions.

1) In the form IMM5710, question 3.

I am applying for one or more of the following

1. Apply for a work permit with the same employer
2. Restore my status as a worker
3. Apply for a work permit for the first time or with a new employer
4. Get a new temporary resident permit (for inadmissible applicants only)

Which one should we choose there? I ve found some stuff in this forum but they all had work holidays visas so I dont know if the same answer apply here. My wife has a regular 1 year open work permit.
