"Canadian private institution authorized by provincial statute to confer degrees but only if you are enrolled in one of the programs of study leading to a degree as authorized by the province and not in all programs of study offered by the private institution." This part is from CIC, regarding PGWP. How can we know which degrees are authorized by the province? Do i ask the college directly? Please i appreciate any help...
If your college is reputed or is a community college, then their degrees and diplomas will be validated by the province...they are talking about institutions that cannot confer you a diploma or a degree from the province....it's like you need to study in school and get your certificate from there..certificate from your tuition classes would not work..
I would say still bring in your concerns with the college though
Thanks my friend! So basically can we check in any way the colleges that are validated by a province or we have to ask them and take their answer for granted?
well if it is a community college you don't need to conform anything....check the bio of college..it would tell you if it is a community college or not..
