help with BOWP - taking me to wrong options

Hi guys
Pls could you assist me. I'm trying to apply for a BOWP however in the questionnaire they ask to look for eligibility it doesnt seem to take me to the correct option to apply for an extension.
Its asking me for LMIA etc which I dont have cos I'm on a BOWP currently so i need to extend my BOWP.
Someone pls help

thats the site link to use it should tell you every thing you need or just type in open work permit on the cic search bar

I was on this link and I hit on apply online and it took me to a questionnaire where its not allowing me to proceed further without LMIA etc.

Thank u so much.. it worked.
But I don't have the aor yet.. and I'm planning on renewing my work permit and applying on Jan 22. Cos my work permit is ending on march 19 and new work permit processing time is 46 days.. I don't think I can risk time waiting for an aor.. which who knows when it will come

Hi,
if your WP is valid till March 19th apply on paper (without AOR) for the BOWP 2-3 days before that date by a courier and not Jan 22nd (maybe you'll get your AOR by then; if so you can apply online). You'll be on implied status (able to work) after March 19th until decision will be done.

NOV1061 the only problem about implied status is .. my work place is very strict on having work permit in hand .. and the HR already reminded me of renewing it back in nov last year .. thats how particular they are..
I'm hoping AOR comes in the next week or so ..
