I have filled out the form (IMM 5708) and all that accompany it, I paid online, and printed my receipt... It asks for your name, birth date, and client ID... would the Client ID be the SIN# ??? Or where would I find it??? HELP PLEASE!!!

you will only have a client ID if you've applied for a canadian visa previously. If you havent applied before, then there is no client ID, leave the field blank
