I have done my 2year diploma from a private college in bc and have 9month experience of cook in Dq ,Vancouver undder a lmia can I apply for pnp under semi skill and then pr underexpress Entry how much time or the processing time is

You might be able to apply for BC PNP under semi-skilled, but you won't be able to apply under express entry, that is for skilled workers only (NOC level O, A, or B).
