Help wanted about passport (urgent)

Dear friends,

Due to the urgent timeline, can I ask if I could ask my friend to bring the passports to Detroit office and get the same day back? I am confused about "in person". I don't have US visa.

The office told me they have issued my visa and I never received it. They asked me to obtain a new passport and send to them.
Since I never got PPR, so I take this as a PPR. Now the problem is the landing time is due by Dec 15.

Should I also mention to the immigration office that they never request the passport and the visa was never been issued?

Do not panic!

45 days to get your visa and do the landing formalities are plenty, you only need to plan it well.

First you should call VO Detroit and see what are your options to send them the PP.
As far as I know at any VO they have a drop box where anybody can deliver any kind of mail.
In order to get the PP back you should make a Power of attorney to your friend to pick up the PP.
