HELP! to renew or apply for new OWP?

Hi everyone,
Please help me in my situation. any experience or advise would be highly appreciated.

Can I apply to renew my BOWP? without LMIA and ITA for permanent residence?

Should I apply for a new work permit or should I wait until I get invited under EE CEC stream. my points its not sufficient to be invited as I only have 457 crs points. I want to apply/renew my work permit ahead of time so that I don't have to worry about it. My BOWP expires first of June 2020. Please any ideas or recommendations let me know.

It looks like your PR application was refused. In that case you cannot apply to extend your BOWP or apply for a new BOWP.

If you want to renew / extend your work permit, your employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA.

Not at the moment..

But I can wait until I get re-inivited on EE and apply for BOWP right?

If you are still holding a valid work permit when you receive ITA and submit your application, then yes - you can apply for a BOWP.
