How long does IRCC take to stamp and return the passport after PPR submission?
I received a PPR/Ready for a visa on my PR application. I submitted my passport at the New York VAC on 12th September and received a tracking ID (indicating the passport was sent to IRCC successfully). It's been more than a month since I submitted it, and IRCC is still processing. How can I get in touch with IRCC? I need my passport to travel back to India for an emergency.
