Hello! I came to Canada on April 8, and I made an extension that were refused on november 29. The letter doesn’t give me reasons of why they refused it, but I know I can make a restoration of status? I have 90 days after they refused my extension what means I have till February 29 it’s this correct?

If you plan on applying for Restoration, do it immediately. The longer you drag it out without applying, the more obvious it is that you are trying to take advantage.
You said that the letter told you to leave immediately, that is what you should do unless someone from IRCC tells you otherwise.
It also seems unlikely they would restore your status since they have refused your extension already.
