Is there any Possibilities t0 change profile?

I applied for the diploma in Ontario (Fanshaw College) and refused. I have some experience in finance and having degree of MBA finance.
Now I am working as a Marketing Executive and wants to apply for MBA marketing.

Can anyone help me what should I do?

Normally all uni requirement is GMAT for MBA
