And Please tell me how to apply after getting CAQ ?? What is the Procedure ?? and What if i apply without IELTS ??
Chances are less or i should do IELTS and apply with IELTS

Its better to give IELTS ..But on the other hand your chances are very good because of Company sponsorship.It ll satisfied visa officer about your home ties and you have very good marks in bachelors so dun worry .N bro visa is all about luck so dun put yourself in stress.Best of luck
