Help required for PCC

Hi All,
Right now am staying in bangalore, india. I recently moved to this place and i dont have any address proof on this new address. My passport is issued from raipur and my permanent address is from raipur. So can i apply PCC from raipur or do i need to apply for PCC only from bangalore,India as am currently residing here.

You can apply it from either of the place it will not make any difference.

but i dont have any address proof of bangalore and in the pcc documents list we need to carry atleast one of the address proofs??

Can you get a bank statement perhaps from your bank with your new address on it?
