Designing, facilitating and organizing different training programs for supervisors and teachers as per the modules and requirements.
Administering the timely delivery of stationery items such as printed content, pencil, eraser, abacus, etcetera and was also responsible for overseeing the quality of the material used in the classrooms.
Assisting the finance department in auditing and analyzing the education program budget of each location allotted to her.
Participating in various community meetings to create awareness about the program.
Designing and developing Math curriculum content, worksheets, teacher’s guide, group activities for Gyan Shala Delhi and Ahmedabad programs.
Participating in various in-house training for gaining better understanding of prevalent educational pedagogies.
