Help regarding visa

Hello Good people

I applied for student visa late september and i completed my medicals on d same month bt this is the 9 weeks no reply. I wrote to CIC on case enquire they directed me to ACCRA IMMIGRATION, i wrote to accra they told that i should do second medicals screening.

i've completed the second medicals last week and the package will reach CIC medicals centre next week. I want to know if its possible for me to obtain my Studit permit even though i'm late cuz my session starts on January 6, 2014.

Please help.

Accra immigration told me to do second medical screening since d first one was never seen. And i've completed it last week, we will post this week to reach cic medicals centre again.
