Help regarding T4 and NOA

Hi Everyone,
Thanks to you guys I got great help from this forum.
My question is I am applying under CEC in October 2014 and I see I need to submit my NOA( notice of assessment and T4 slips with that)
I have NOA and T4 for year 2013 from my current employer but not for 2012 ,but I did file my return 2012 but I lost the NOA and T4 for 2012.
Do we have to submit only last year NOA and T4 from your current employer or for all years.
And is it mandatory to provide all the pay slips as well.

Call CRA and they will mail you the NOA for 2012. You do not need T4 for 2012. For the pay slips I only submitted the recent ones. You need to submit last 2 years NOA.

One more question please, My manager is resigning in the end of September or October from the company.
Do you think it would be good idea of getting his signature on reference letter or no?

You need to submit the copies of T4 & NOA issued by CRA for the period(s) of work experience you identify in your application.

And I worked for 2 companies but one of them I don't wna show any experience from ,Should I attach TR from that company I worked for them for 2 months only in 2013.
