Help regarding submitting documents.

Hello friends..I got the ITA on 27th jan and now in the process of submitting documents I am facing some problems.

1 The size of employment documents with bank statements (salary proof) is almost 8MB even after compressing it.so I am not able to upload it.so what should I do?

2 Name of my spouse is NEHA but in her IELTS score card its written NEHA LNU where LNU stands for "last name unknown". so a letter of explanation will do?

3 All my visas and stamps are in my old passport which got expired in December so I got a new passport issued. so now do I need to send scanned copies of both my passports?

Just reduce the resolution of your documents. If they are on paper, scan them with lower resolution. If they are already scanned, reduce the resolution for example in MS Paint.

I would contact the IELTS office and ask them to correct the score sheet or attach a correction letter.

If I were you, I would send a copy of the pages in the old passport which have a visa, as well as the main page.
