Help regarding filling the Application

I did my Post Graduate Diploma in IT from university Allama Iqbal Open University Islamabad (AIOU) in 2003. But I study and give exams from AIOU Lahore regional campus.

Now I am confused how to mention it in Background / Scheduled form.

Under Institution I am mentioning Allama Iqbal Open University Islamabad (AIOU) but what to under City and Country field Lahore or Islamabad while I studied from AIOU Lahore regional campus, and also there is nothing mentioned about regional campus at Diploma received from AIOU.

But institution title at diploma is Allama Iqbal Open University, Islamabad. Will it be OK to write Allama Iqbal Open University and city Lahore ?
