Help regarding CEC application - Generic Applicatoin form for Canada [IMM 0008]

Hi All,

I need some information re: CEC application - Generic Applicatoin form for Canada [IMM 0008].

Should I add my son's details as a dependent (Canadian born but no passport yet) in the applicaiton form,

I was told by an immigration attorney a child who is a Canadian citizen does not need to be listed on IMM0008 but they do need to be listed on IMM5406.

I also got my son's Candian passport and included a photocopy of his passport and birth certificate in the application. Basically anywhere the application instructions said "your family" I provided documents for him. I got my medical results, rprf, & biodata a few weeks ago, so hopefully all is well.
