i want to knw that memorial uni of NFL hai made total expenditure of 19000$ CAD for 1 year do i have to show this amount only???

And second question is that the copy of bank statement i attach with my profile has a balance of that amount?????

and if after getting bank statement if i withdraw amount is it ok?????

You must have/show 1-year tuition + $10,000 (living/year)

You need to show that you have this equivalent or greater amount to meet your expenses. The best way to show this amount is in form of LIQUID CASH i.e you have this amount in your OWN ACCOUNT (This is a recommended way but not mandatory to have money in your own account).

You much keep amount in your account until you get your passport back. They can verify your account anytime while processing your visa application file.
