I found the following on the checklist and I am extremely confused now. Anybody can help me with this:
"List your spouse/common-law partner and all your children under 18 years of age on the Application Form IMM5257, even if they do not need a visa or are nor accompanying you. If you have more than 3 family members, complete additional copies of Application Form IMM5257."
My question:
--no space on the IMM5257E is for the family information, where shall I put this information?
--we have more than 3 family members but I am the only one who needs the transit visa. how many IMM5257E should we fill out? Since the other 4 (including 3 kiss) are not applying for visa, who shall we fill out this form for?
