I just received my GCMS notes yesterday, and i'm trying to make sense of all the codes and numbers!
My notes state the following:
Eligibility: Passed
RCMP Screening: No reportable trace (Given a value of 1)
Criminality : In Progress (Given a value of one)
Security: Passed (this was erased but I could decipher that it said passed. In the general field it had a value of 1).
Medicals: Passed
My questions are:
1)Does a value of 1 mean a section is passed?
2)What is the difference between Criminality and RCMP Screening?
3) Am I close to the final stages of this PR application?
First of all many of us do not just sit here and wait for questions. Its also the weekend and not many of us are around. We are also from different parts of the world meaning some of us are on at different times from others.
1) The number "1" seems to signify the amount of people involved in each section IE: The primary applicant and if there is any other family members being sponsored in at the same time. I could be mistaken but I do believe that analysis is correct.
2) RCMP screening. I assume is an extra back ground check, that extra check could be dependent on the VO and or the citizenship of the applicant. As on my wife's notes there was no RCMP screening on hers only the regular criminality and security checks.
3) Each application has its own time line to completion however the more sections that are completed and passed the nearer to the end of the process you should be.

Hi seniors
I received my requested gcms notes with regards of my PR application. and here's the note from the officer:
"created Date: 2019/10/15
updated date: 2019/10/15
office: Manila
Officer review: PNC was valid at time of DOA. Eligibility passed. IDs and relp between PA and accompanying spouse are established. Both declared no dependent children. Integrated search indicated both have been in CDA and had stayed without status for a period of time. Aside from WP and ext refusals, there appears to be no adverse info. Returned to the PHL in Feb 2019. Medical passed. all fees paid. Pending- Crim"
Through gcms notes, I also read that my security check has been completed. my questions are:
1. Does that mean a positive decision on my application?
2. Does that mean my application is already here in my home country and the decision still takes a while or sooner? I submitted my application last june 2019.
