HELP!!!Question number 6, page 3 of 5...Work permit renewal same employer LIC

hello everyone....im about to renew my work permit under live in caregiver program with the same employer...as im filling up the forms i got into this one,number 6 question, page 3 0f 5, Labor Market Opinion (LMO) no., can u tell me where can i find that in LMO letter...i didnt get new LMO cause i have same employer...thanks...

It is at the header of each LMO starting with #
For your case, if you stay with the same employer in the same place and renew your contract, probably put in "N/A".
But best if you call CIC and confirm.
