HELP: Proving I worked 1 full time year.

Hello All ...

I have worked at a company from January 1st 2011 to end of jan 2012 for 1 full year.
However, since I was working in a startup and the company had to save money, I didn't get paid for the first 5 months. however company paid me for that time after I finished working there.

So I have paystubs for 5 months in 2011 with indication of working 175 hours a week.
I got another 6 paystubs, in 2012, for the time that I was working in the company in 2011. tax and other stuff has been deducted and it says 0 hours (because I didn't work in 2012, I worked in 2011 and they are paying me for that period.)

I'm afraid I won't be able to prove I worked 1 full year. am I able to explain the situation by providing my contracts and letter from my employer?

I have a total of 12 paystubs, but the date of 5 of paystubs are after I finished working there. is this raising a flag? how can I make sure that everything is crystal clear?

P.s: my NOA and T4 only shows 7K income for 2011. the rest of the money I got in 2012 that I don't have NOA for it yet.
