Help- PPR question

Hi:
I have a question:
My wife got an email from the CEM (Manila), asking for her passport and appendix A to be mailed to them. Can any body suggest a good courier collect in Manila, that my wife can use to send the required documents to the CEM. . Also, filling Appendix A, should that be done by hand or can I use the computer to fill in the information. Thank you, and God Bless

Filling the appendix A-the document checklist form can be done with hand. For courier service(i dont have much about the service)but i think you can choose fastrack (you can also track your order).please dont delay. Trying send them the passport and doc faster
