I am going to apply for visiting visa to attend conference but i dont understand what i need to choose under the question for this ? Cant see the purpose of ATTEND CONFERENCE ?

Form imm5257: at page 3 of 5, section 1, under 'DETAILS OF VISIT TO CANADA' choose other, and enter the conference name in *b) other
