HELP!. PNP application under EE now what?

I have applied for PR under EE PNP online, I already received my file number this means this is the first stage approval.

Now, I just graduate a month ago from a Canadian college, so my question is do I apply now for a PGWP or a BOWP. This is because I don't a job NOC 0,A or B. And if you have a PGWP you nedd to have at least 3 paystubs to extend to work permit to your spouse.

So if I apply under PGWP, my hubby can apply under BOWP to extend his work permit?.

You are only eligible for BOWP if you meet the following conditions, as outlined in the link. You don’t have a work permit that expires in 4 months. So for your spouse to get extension on the work permit, you need a PGWP and then a NOC A, B or 0 job with paystubs.

To be eligible for a BOWP, you must:

• live in Canada (Quebec not included)
• have a valid work permit that expires in 4 months or less
• be the principal applicant on your permanent residence application
• have no employment restrictions as a condition of your nomination
• have submitted a complete application for permanent residence and passed the completeness check
• have your acknowledgement of receipt letter
  • we send this letter to your account after we get your application
