Hi guys, I’m a gay refugee claimant and still waiting for a hearing. One day I had sex with a female and she got pregnant. she was also a refugee claimant but has now been approved and has received her approval letter. I’m just wondering if in case I get denied at the hearing can she sponsor me if I get married to her or can she add me to her pr application because she hasn’t applied yet. Won’t the immigration say I’m a gay and see the marriage as convenience. While I’m still genuinely a gay, I do love her because she’s been supporting me since I got to canada and she love me too. Please help

Yes - immigration will most likely think it's a marriage of convenience. Expect problems.
