HELP PLS Previous countries or territories of residence for IMM 5708

Hello,
I am confused about the question 8 of IMM 5708 (Visitor record).

It says, “Previous countries or territories of residence : During the past 5 years, have you lived in any country or territory other than you country of citizenship or your current country or territory of residence (indicated above) for more than 6 months? NO-YES”

My current country/territory of residence is Canada, as a STUDENT.
I was only in my country of citizenship AND Canada, no other country.
Do I have to select No?
Or select Yes and say that I was in Canada as a VISITOR for the previous months..

Your answer should be NO.
Since your citizenship is from where you are from and your current country or territory of residence is Canada

Me too confuse same question bcz I visit usa and dubai on business visa many times so what I have to mentioned?
