Does self employment count to obtain a work permit to work as a Baker in canada ? I have 4 years of experience as I have my own business I pay taxes and other government fees also have pay stubs from clients. Will this be enough for cic to approve my close work permit to work as a baker. I'm also attending to baking school culinary art school in my home country I will finish before I start my job contract although I can't attach diploma to the work permit documents app .
