Hi everybody I'm a November applicant sponsoring my husband, meaning that CIC has received my application in November.
I'm currently working here in Canada.
My husband can't come here because he has no visa on his passport, therefore my question is: Is there any way that he can come here to stay at least 3 months, because I'm working I can't go and visit him.
Anybody any idea, please share with me, I and my husband are experiencing a hard time.
if he needs a visa to enter canada, then he needs to apply for a visitor visa to enter canada. spouses have a difficult time obtaining visas. they really have to show strong ties to their home country which usually includes owning property or being employed. while difficult, it's not impossible. there are a few sponsors who have been successful in getting their spouse a visa while their pr application was processing. if he can't get approved for a visitor's visa, he will have to wait until he is approved for pr or you will have to visit him.
