1. Can I change my university after entering Canada in Jan??? and can i enter in Jan even if the session will start in may/Sept 2014 ??

3. I want to apply for PR can u suggest me some economical course in Ontario say Masters ?? since only master can apply for PNP.
4. Do u know condition for PNP Alberta since I checked their PNP policy they have stated 1 year PGD holder can apply but I am not sure if one also need employer letter?? please clarify??
