August 16, 2016 - application received by CIC
September 7, 2016 - start of processing application
September 8 , 2016 - received acknowledging receipt
September 21, 2016 - "Decision Made" ; met sponsor eligibility req.; application has been sent to VISA-Manila office

I see thats nice to hear then. I've been so uncertain of what was happening for the last few weeks and even thought that CIC will send us back our application package for i dont know reason.
