Help Please: ECA Equivalency of 1 Year Master's Program

Hi,
I am enrolled in a Professional (1 year and without thesis) Master's program in the field of Information Technology. The University is one of the best in the country (recognized) and I will have a diploma after my graduation.
Is it counted as a Master's degree in the CRS ranking?

It depends on the assessment based on WES or other institutions.
No a one year program usually wont be considered as a Masters .

As far as I see, the one-year master program is equal to Masters in the official site;

If you get it outside of Canada, they are not considering it as a Master's?
My last question is, what you mean by depend on the assessment based on WES or other institutions? Which one is the best for it?

It depends on the organization, Usually we does not accept 1 year masters .

WES is better .
