Hi,
Could anyone help in the following:
I applied to get new travel document and did not indicate that I want the expired one to be returned to me because I didn’t think I will need it anymore.
So one of my friends told me after sending my application that the original will be needed when applying for the citizenship.
I tried to contact IRCC through phone and webforms but due to COVID and Afghan crisis I couldn’t safe it. And after one month from sending webfroms I got the new one without the old one.
I will apply for citizenship in 3 months, who could advise what I can do ? If I go to Gatineau ( travel Document office) could I got a letter or any evidence to attach with my application.
