Help: Option C/Notice of Assessment

Hi there. I'm new here and i'm just completing my application for spousal sponsorship. I cannot provide my option c or notice of assessment. I went online to check my NOA and i found out that my total net income was zero. I have work here in canada, i filed my tax return in march 2017 thru online. i do not owe money from the government and i havent receive my tax return yet up to this moment. Is it okay not to provide my NOA or Option C while waiting for CRA to fix this?

PS: i do have my letter from my employer that i have source of income and i've been working from the same company for almost 3 years.

Call Revenue Canada. If you filed in March 2017 for taxes in 2016. You should be seeing it on my cra acct.How did you ask for notification of NOA. Email or mail?
