Something is wrong and i dont know what is it and im sure that request letter is not a normal one

What documents were you asked to translate? What is the program? Did you provide ECA/IELTS/medical etc? Did bank documents require translation? What country are you from?

my program is business It advance diploma, bank ielts and medical everything is provided and im from iraq in the tracker everythinh passed except background check
