I am applying for Canada FSWP and my martial status is 'Single' hence no dependents, etc. I have few questions:
Do i need to fill out these forms or not?
1. Additional Dependants/Declaration [IMM 0008DEP] (PDF, 471 KB) July 2011
2. Additional Family Information [IMM 5406] (PDF, 570 KB) September 2013
3. Separation Declaration for Minors Travelling to Canada [IMM 5604] (PDF, 25 KB) July 2008
4. Statutory Declaration of Common-law Union [IMM 5409] (PDF, 47 KB) April 2009
And Do i need to fill my family information in IMM5406 (parents, siblings etc)?
(1) "Schedule A – Background Declaration [IMM 5669] IMM5669E" in Section 7 Education
My wife completed 11 and 12 in 3 years as she got fail in 12th So should I write in High School Column
(Standard 8 to 12) 5 years or 6 years
Between graduation and post graduation there is a gap due to marriage so what to write in Post
Secondary School ?
(2) "Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008] IMM0008ENU_2D" in Education and Occupation Detail
Section Number of years of Education in total : (should I count 12th Std fail year also ?)
