HELP!! number of famliy members and persons included ..including me????

I'm currently filling out IMM5481

Background Info: My gf is applying for PR through family class - common law. Just her, she has no kids. there are no cosigners, I am the only sponsor. We are applying within Canada

On the first page, it says "Number of Family Members and Persons Included in Undertaking in Effect and Not Yet In Effect"

number (4) says "Yourself" 1 I can not change this...the number '1' was pre-filled into this form.

number (5) says "current undertaking" and i entered '1' because its just my gf

for 5b, 6, and 7 i entered '0' for all of them.

Then at the end it says 'total number of persons in 4 5 and 6. I entered 2.

But i'm really confused because number (4) says yourself....but how i am included in 'number of family members and persons included in undertaking effect" ...I am the sponsor and i am sponsoring only 1 applicant

That is correct. The total number is 2. Yourself and your gf. Remember you have to support yourself as well with your gf. If you have no job, CIC will be asking how you are going to support yourself and gf money wise without going on welfare/social assistance which is a violation of sponsorship obligation.
