Hello!

So much doubt on this. I worked as a trainee solicitor before qualifying last year. The duties in my reference letter match the NOC Code 4211 (Paralegal and related Occupations).

The issue is that articling students are excluded from this NOC Code and go under 4112 (Lawyers and Notaries).

Should I just go for the Paralegal NOC Code. Scared of my application being rejected...
