Hi,

I need help with applying SIN online. I am an inland applicant and was on work permit. I recently got my PR.

1. When I opened the PR application online it asks me about application type. Should it be Change of Status?.

2. Also, I don't have any Family Name and Family Name at Birth and they are mandatory fields. What should I fill there?

3. There is a field about Parent(s) and it asks for the Last Name at birth thing. What should I fill?

Help would be appreciated.
