Please see below timeline and help.
After my SINP approval I have sent file to federal.
File received : 2nd April 2013
MR : June 2013, no update after that, they asked remedial in Aug 2014(as the first one expired)
In Process from : 1st Oct 2014
Documents asked : oct 2014 and dec 2014
They have again asked for schedule A( which I have submitted in Oct 2014) on 31st March 2015.
Exact requirement : A separate and newly completed schedule A bearing original signature.
They also mentioned in email that my file has been transferred to CPC-Ottawa for further review. I don't understand this as my file is at CPC - Ottawa from the beginning.
Seniors please guide me is it bad sign or what why they have asked same document again. What is meaning of file transferred for further review ? Is it common ?
