HELP NEEDED!!! Study Permit - Online Application Problems!

Hello people!

I am applying online for a study permit+TRV but I am experiencing some problems.

I have downloaded the IMM1294E form, filled it in, validated it and saved it on my computer. Now I am uploading it and then I am trying to check again if it is correct.
I do not have problems uploading it, no. I have a problem opening it after uploading, because when I open it I only see a blank form

Did anyone else experience this kind of technical problem? And if yes, pls help =)

you cannot see your form after uploading and CIC has marked this problem with **stars. SO what you upload is final.
