Help needed regarding submitting documents post PPR email

Hello folks,

I received PPR email today to submit passport, photos and Annexure A to the mentioned address in email.
FYI, I am the primary applicant residing in the US while my dependents - wife and son - are residing in India. I have also received another email to send the documents to VFS office (New Delhi, India).

Can anyone please guide me as to how do I and dependents submit the documents? We have 30 days to submit the documents.
