Hi all,
My score is 459. This time the cutoff went up to 473. I have already taken IELTS thrice (my score is 7.5 overall, with 8L, 7W,7S, 7.5R. Does 459 really stand a chance some time soon, or should take IELTS a fourth time than waiting for a long time? Its really frustrating! Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks a lot

Sorry to hear about your bad timing....however, as others have suggested, I would also recommend that you wait for couple of draws. In the meantime, continue your IELTS prepation and be ready to write again if there is need. Most of the times, we don't improve the score by writing it back to back as our language abilities don't change that frequently so why waste money.
459 is still a very good score as long as you are not approaching your birth-day or any other such event which reduced your score.
Also, I am not sure about this but I think CIC expects us to report the most recent language score so it may be a problem is it drops.
Thanks again all you helpful people out here Actually I am approaching my bday, and in April end I will be 29. But I guess my score would still remain the same. Shall do the recalculation to be sure.
