Thanks be to God I have got today the time and location, they claimed that they used my old emails address yet I updated them and I advised them that I couldn't excess that email its because I was no longer an employee in that office. Anyway I have a question I over stayed my visa and I got an an exclusion order and I have been away from Canada for 7 years, but this is what I received as some of the staff I have to go with for the interview.
IF you have been subject of a removal order (Deportation Order, Departure Order, or Exclusion Order within one year) from Canada you must apply for Authorization to Return to Canada by submitting the following documents:
Fully completed application form, "Application for Temporary Residence in Canada". Do not leave questions unanswered. The form must be completed in block letters or typed.
Two recent passport size photographs taken within the last six months.
Confirmation of departure from Canada.
Proof of citizenship and lawful admission to your country of residence.
A written statement describing the circumstances leading to your removal/exclusion from Canada.
Any documents which will support your written statement describing the circumstances leading to your removal/exclusion from Canada.
State and National police certificates or clearances from each country in which you have resided six months or more since reaching 18 years of age.
Processing fee.
PLS: HELP ME UNDERSTAND IF I DON'T HAVE TO TAKE THE ARC AND I ONLY HAVE TO SUBMIT THE APPLICATION FOR TEMPORARY RESIDENCE IN CANADA. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? IS THERE SOMEONE WHO DID IT? HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GO TO THE NEXT STAGE? AND HOW MANY STAGES LEFT? THANKS.
